Itinerary

Day 1 - Tunis Village, Safari adventure, Camping in the desert

  • Pick-up from the hotel and head out to Fayoum Oasis at 10AM
  • Arrive there in around 2.5 hours
  • Visit Tunis Village and learn about pottery making
  • Hop on the 4×4 cars for the desert safari
  • Visit Mount Al Modawara and the Qosor al Arab Dunes
  • Have some fun sandboarding over the Magic Lake
  • Horse riding [Optional]
  • Enjoy some Bedouin tea and the spectacular sunset
  • Get to the camping site to have dinner and gaze at the starry sky

 

Begin your adventure with a drive to Fayoum Oasis. Explore Tunis Village and learn the craft of pottery. Then, embark on a desert safari in 4×4 vehicles, visiting Mount Al Modawara and the Qosor al Arab Dunes. Glide down the sands of the Magic Lake with sandboarding or opt for a horse-riding experience nearby. Sip Bedouin tea while watching a magical sunset, followed by dinner and stargazing at your desert campsite.

Day 2 - El Rayan Waterfalls and return to Cairo

  • Start the day with breakfast at the camp
  • Set off to visit El Rayan Waterfalls
  • Head back to Cairo by noon
